Response Timeframes
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond fully within 45 days. If more time is needed, we will notify you and explain the reason for the delay. Extensions may not exceed an additional 45 days.
No Discrimination Policy
We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your CCPA/CPRA rights. We also do not threaten or retaliate against you for making a request.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You may submit an opt-out request for the sharing of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We do not currently use third-party cookies for behavioral advertising, but we honor all opt-out requests as a matter of policy.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by you and proof of their identity. We may require direct verification of your identity before honoring the agent’s request.
